Shipping and returns page for products

Our current processing time for handmade orders is stated in the website header.

Your parcel will be posted via Royal Mail, you can choose your delivery service at checkout. 

We offer free postage to all orders over £70.

We accept returns and exchanges of unwanted items within 14 days of postal despatch. To start the return process please email ella@truebluedesigns.co.uk with your order number and let us know if you would like to return the item for a refund or exchange. Following this, a member of our team will be in touch to assist you, providing you with the necessary returns address. We cannot pay for delivery back to us, however we will be happy to cover delivery back to you following an exchange. Please ensure the item(s) are in a resalable condition and unworn, unwashed and unaltered otherwise we cannot guarantee they will be accepted. When posting parcels back to us, please ensure you use a signed for delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for missing parcels. We will send you a confirmation email once the return has been processed and we reserve the right to refuse any returns if we determine that the goods do not qualify of a return. If you receive an item that is faulty, please make us aware of this in the first instance. After 14 days, we retain the right to refuse the return of faulty goods. 

Items which cannot be refunded or exchanged are... Sale items, altered or personalised clothing.
