1. Tell us more about True Blue...
True Blue is currently a small clothing brand created, founded by me! My name is Ella, I'm currently a one man band with help and support from my close family and friends at peak moments (collection launches). True Blue began after printing my first ever T-shirt design in October 2018... Originally only made for myself to wear, I ended up selling around 30 of that particular design! I then went on to choose the brand name and my drive and determination has grown from there.
2. Where did the name True Blue come from?
My brand name, True Blue, was inspired by my Grandad, who used to be a really strong figure in my life. He guided me to be the best person I could be and always gave me courage to follow my dreams, even when the going got tough. True Blue was the nickname he had for me, an Australian term to describe someone who is generous, kind and loyal. I strongly believe he will take True Blue to the place it needs to be.
3. Where are you based and do you have a shop?
True Blue HQ is based in the North West of England, Lancashire to be precise. Unfortunately I do not have a store that you can visit and purchase from. I currently have a super small 'factory/office' which I hope to grow soon. I try to create local pop up shops around the UK as much as I can so please feel free to get in touch to find out where our next one will be.
4. How long will my order take?
Due to being a small, independent clothing brand your orders may take longer than you're familiar with. Most of our items are made to order so this means we need to allow for production time once your order has been placed. Our current estimated production time is 2-3 working days. Please take this into consideration when choosing what postage service you would like to use and if you need the item for a certain date.
If you have an questions, for example, you wanted to order an item for your friends birthday but you're not sure it will get to you on time then please contact us via email or on our social media and we can help as much as possible.
5. Where do you see True Blue in 5 years time?

 In 5 years time I aim for True Blue to be a completely British manufactured clothing brand, with a local factory full of talented creators in fields such as designing, marketing, pattern cutting, sewing, photography etc. I hope to give numerous people in my home town their dream careers and create a workspace full of happiness, excitement and future thinkers. I would love for True Blue to sell through luxury stores such as Selfridges as well as through our own pop up stores all over the UK and online. I will aspire to be as eco friendly as possible and I will continue to grow our brands knowledge on how we can improve and stay as a sustainable and green brand. 

6. Returns

We hope you liked your order but if it's not quite right please read the following information on the process of returning an item back to us.
We accept returns and exchanges of unwanted items within 14 days of receipt. To start the return process please email designstrueblue@gmail.com with your order number and let us know if you would like to return the item for a refund or exchange. Following this, a member of our team will be in touch to assist you, providing you with the necessary returns address. Please ensure the item(s) are in a resalable condition and unworn, unwashed and unaltered otherwise we cannot guarantee they will be accepted. When posting parcels back to us, please ensure you use a signed for delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for missing parcels. We will send you a confirmation email once the return has been processed and we reserve the right to refuse any returns if we determine that the goods do not qualify of a return. If you receive an item that is faulty, please make us aware of this in the first instance. After 28 days, we retain the right to refuse the return of faulty goods. Due to being a very small businesses we do not pay for returned postage back to us and if you would like to exchange your size or item then we require you to pay for postage of the new item back to you also.
Items purchased from the SALE are non refundable.
