1. Where did the name True Blue come from?
True Blue, was inspired by Ella's Grandad, A strong figure in her life. After he passed away his nickname for Ella, 'True Blue', always stayed with her and when thinking of a brand name she couldn't help but come back to True Blue.
The meaning "Loyal, faithful and dependable".
 
3. How long will my order take?
 
Due to being a small, independent clothing brand your orders may take longer than you're familiar with. Most of our items are made to order so this means we need to allow for production time once your order has been placed. Our current estimated production time is stated in our website header above. Please take this into consideration when choosing what postage service you would like to use and if you require the item for a certain date.
If you have an questions, for example, you wanted to order an item for your friends birthday but you're not sure it will get to you on time, then please contact us via email or on our social media and we will do our best to advise or help you.
 

4. Returns

We hope you liked your order but if it's not quite right please read the following information on the process of returning an item back to us.
We accept returns and exchanges of unwanted items within 14 days of postal despatch. To start the return process please email ella@truebluedesigns.co.uk with your order number and let us know if you would like to return the item for a refund or exchange. Following this, a member of our team will be in touch to assist you, providing you with the necessary returns address. We cannot pay for delivery back to us, however we will be happy to cover delivery back to you following an exchange. Please ensure the item(s) are in a resalable condition and unworn, unwashed and unaltered otherwise we cannot guarantee they will be accepted. When posting parcels back to us, please ensure you use a signed for delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for missing parcels. We will send you a confirmation email once the return has been processed and we reserve the right to refuse any returns if we determine that the goods do not qualify of a return. If you receive an item that is faulty, please make us aware of this in the first instance. After 14 days, we retain the right to refuse the return of faulty goods.
